Terms

Sebelum memesan, harap membaca dan menyetujui ketentuan pelayanan!

  1. Semua hasil komis akan di post untuk sample atas persetujuan dari client. (Jika TIDAK BOLEH atau BELUM BOLEH di post, Harap diinfokan ke Chia!!)

  2. Client diperbolehkan untuk post hasil komis. Jangan lupa untuk tag Chia sebagai artist ya~><

  3. Proses pengerjaan berlangsung 4 -5 hari (tergantung pesanan). Paling lama 7 hari (akan diinfokan jika ada kendala)

  4. Proses pengerjaan terhitung setelah client deal sketch dan sudah payment.

  5. Chia akan mengerjakan komis sesuai antrian. Apabila ada DEADLINE, harap diinfokan ke Chia agar bisa di prioritaskan. (Dikenakan biaya tambahan untuk rush fee)

  6. Setelah deal sketch WAJIB full payment!!

  7. Hasil komis illust akan dikirim ke Email dalam bentuk .PNG , .JPEG .

  8. Payment lokal menerima dalam bentuk QRIS dan Trakteer. (QRIS bisa untuk semua bank atau OVO, GOPAY, dll) (Trakteer +5k karna dikenakan biaya potongan)

  9. Tidak menerima refund. Kecuali kalau Chia tidak menyelesaikan komis dalam waktu 2 minggu dari waktu perjanjian.

  10. Untuk pemesanan lokal bisa hubungi via twitter, ig, discord, dan facebook. Untuk internasional hanya menerima pesanan via VGEN.

Before ordering, please read the terms first! Ordering means agreeing to my terms!

  1. All commission results will be posted as samples with the approval from clients. (If NOT ALLOWED or NOT ALLOWED YET to be posted, please inform Chia!!)

  2. Clients are allowed to post the commission results. Don't forget to tag Chia as the artist~><

  3. Work process will take about 4 -5 days (depending on the queue). Maximum waiting time are 7 days (I will inform you if there's a problem)

  4. The working process started when the client approved the sketch and paid the fee.

  5. Chia will do the commission according to the queue. If there is a DEADLINE, please inform Chia so I could prioritize your order. (There will be extra charge for rush fee)

  6. After the sketch has been approved, client MUST make full payment!!

  7. Commission results will be sent to e-mail in .PNG , .JPEG formats

  8. For local payment, I accept QRIS and Trakteer. (QRIS can be used for all bank or OVO, GOPAY, etc) (Trakteer will be charged extra +5k for admin fee)

  9. I don't accept refund request. Except if Chia couldn't finish the commission within 2 weeks of promised duration.

  10. For local please order me on twitter, instagram, discord, and facevook. For international just order on VGEN.

How to Order

  1. Chat Chia di DM.

  2. Isi form pemesanan.

  3. Kirim referensi dan detail lengkap character, dll.

  4. Tunggu Chia kirim Sketch.

  5. Revisi. (kalau ada)

  6. Deal sketch

  7. Payment full !

  8. Tunggu 4 - 5 hari. (tergantung banyaknya pesanan paling lama 7 hari)

  9. Deal komis.

  10. Chia send email ke kamu.

  11. Finish ~~ 💕

  1. Talk to Chia in DM.

  2. Fill the order form.

  3. Send the complete reference of the character.

  4. Wait for Chia to send you the sketch.

  5. Revision. (If there is any)

  6. Sketch approval

  7. Full payment!

  8. Wait 4 - 5 days. (Depends on how many orders I am working on. Maximum wait time is 7 days)

  9. Final approval.

  10. Chia will send the result to your email.

  11. Finish ~~ 💕
