COMMISSION REQUEST
- Submitting this form does not guarantee a commission slot.
- I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request based on availability or other considerations.
- Work will begin once the commission has been confirmed and the deposit has been received.PAYMENT
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.
- QRIS is available for clients in Indonesia.
- PayPal is available for international clients.REVISIONS
- Revision requests will be discussed during the commission process.
- Major changes outside the original request may incur additional charges.CANCELLATION & REFUND
- The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
- If I cancel the commission before completion, any payment for unfinished work will be refunded.COPYRIGHT & COMMERCIAL LICENSE
- The artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork.
- Commercial use is only permitted with the purchase of a Commercial License.
- The Commercial License fee is 2× the base commission price.
- Commercial use includes, but is not limited to : Merchandise, Membership Emotes, Twitch Emotes, Monetized digital content
- Other types of commercial usage can be discussed before placing an order.TURNAROUND TIME
- An estimated completion time will be provided after the commission has been accepted.
- Completion time may vary depending on the commission queue or unforeseen circumstances.RUSH ORDERS
- Commissions with a tight deadline may require an additional Rush Fee.
- The Rush Fee will depend on the requested turnaround time and the complexity of the commission.REFERENCES
Clients are responsible for providing clear references through a Google Drive folder.
Incomplete references may affect both the schedule and the final result of the artwork.PORTOFOLIO & SHOWCASE
- I reserve the right to display completed artwork in my portfolio, social media, or as commission samples.

HOW TO ORDER
• Read my Terms of Service.
• Prepare a Google Drive folder containing all of your commission references.
• Click the "Order Commission" button on the Home page to access the Commission Request Form.
• Fill out the form and submit your request.
• After submitting the form, please contact me via Discord, Instagram, or Email (excluding X/Twitter) to confirm your submission.
• I'll review your request and contact you if your commission is accepted.
• I'll send you a sketch for approval.
• Once the sketch is approved, full payment is required before I begin the lineart.You can also order directly through VGen.
No Commission Request Form is required.Once accepted, your commission will be added to my Trello queue so you can track its progress anytime.
